Shapes

The shape pages of the first school years in one activity. Colour by shape gives a page of scattered circles, squares, triangles and rectangles (or more shapes, or four-sided ones) and a key saying which colour each kind gets. Count the shapes adds a table to tally and count each kind. Name the shapes draws big shapes with a line to write the name, from a word box, by tracing, or from memory. A picture made of shapes (a house, rocket, robot, train, boat or castle) is coloured by the key and its shapes counted. Solid shapes joins a ball, a dice, a tin and a party hat to the sphere, cube, cylinder and cone, or asks the child to circle everything shaped like one of them. Names are printed in the book's language.
