Tracing & Writing

My Name

Draw yourself, colour your name, trace it, write it letter by letter and rebuild it from tiles.

The first word every child learns to write. A frame to draw a self-portrait, the name in big outline letters to colour, rows to trace it with a model and dotted copies, a box for each letter, and the letters on tiles to cut out and glue back in order. Type the child's name, or leave it empty for a page a grown-up fills in: the first writing line is shaded for them to write the name on, the rows under it are for the child to copy it, and the letter boxes are blank. Print, school cursive or capitals.
