Spelling
A dictation sheet with numbered lines, or a look, say, cover, write, check grid.
Two spelling sheets for a word list. Dictation gives numbered writing lines: read the words aloud and the child writes them; the words are on the answer key, and can be printed on a strip at the foot to fold back before the page is handed out. Look, say, cover, write, check prints each word with columns to write it from memory twice, a box to tick each time and a fold line to hide the words behind. The lines follow the class's handwriting: print, the school cursive of the book's language, or capitals. A long list is cut into parts, one page each.
